ENT Consulting provides professional technology consulting, custom software development, systems integration, cybersecurity, and training services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

3. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material

6. Payment Terms

Fees for services are set forth in the applicable SOW. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Late payments may be subject to interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. ENT Consulting reserves the right to suspend work if invoices remain unpaid after sixty (60) days.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ENT Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

Our total cumulative liability in connection with any service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to ENT Consulting in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ENT Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
